<p>Hi, I’m Steve, owner of Branches in the Catskills (formerly the Copperhood Retreat & Spa). </p> <p>We host only one group at a time, so the entire property is yours exclusively! </p> <p>Airbnb pricing reflects our base rental of our best 12 rooms and suites (units), which include 16 bedrooms and sleep up to 34 guests. </p> <p>You may select any 16 bedrooms from our total of 27 at this price, and add additional bedrooms for an additional fee. We have a total of 21 units with 31 beds for up to 55 guests total.</p>
